Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a high-powered blender and purée for 45 to 60 seconds, until creamy.

Note: You can also soak the cashews in hot water for 30 minutes, drain and then blend, for a smoother consistency.
