Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chickpeas, no salt added (tetra pak preferred)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Savory Sizzle blend
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine the chickpeas, garlic, oil, lemon juice, Savory Sizzle, and tahini in a blender until fully incorporated.
  2. Add filtered water 1 tablespoon at a time as needed to reach desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
