Makes: 4 servings
Vegan, Gluten-Free


  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound green beans, ends removed (6-7 cups chopped in half)
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vegitude Blend
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 4 large basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Power Up! (Add along with herbs):

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, until onion is softened.
  2. Add the green beans and tomatoes and simmer on medium-low heat, partially covered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until the beans are tender. Add Vegitude Blendherbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
