Makes: 1 serving
Vegan, Gluten-free


  • 1 cup plant based milk of choice (i.e. almond, cashew, etc.)
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates or 2 tablespoons date paste
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon CinnaPeel Spicer blend
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Blend the vegan milk, dates, chia seeds, cacao powder, and CinnaPeel Spicer in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a medium saucepan and add the rolled oats. Or if you are using the date paste, simply combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes stirring frequently until most of the liquid is gone and the texture is very thick.
  4. Pour into a bowl, top with toppings, and enjoy!
