  • 3 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed (tetra pak preferred)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons avocado or olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Savory Sizzle blend
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste   


  1. Heat the oil, along with 2 teaspoons Savory Sizzle in a large saute pan for about 1 minute until aromatic.
  2. Add the chickpeas and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
