Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter, almond butter, or nut butter of choice
  • Pinch of CinnaPeel Spicer blend

Directions:

  1. Peel a banana and loosely wrap in parchment paper. Place in freezer for one hour (minimum)
  2. Cut into rounds, spread nut butter evenly on rounds, sprinkle with CinnaPeel Spicer, and serve.
