Makes: 3 servings
Serving size: 2 cups
Vegan, Gluten-free


  • 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 bell peppers, (red, orange, or yellow) cored, seeded, and chopped
  • Head of cauliflower, grated in a food processor until it resembles rice
  • 1  teaspoon Savory Sizzle blend
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Thumb size minced ginger


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and peppers and sauté 3 to 5 minutes, until softened. Add the cauliflower and Savory Sizzle blend.
  3. Cover the pan and cook until the veg are slightly softened but still crunchy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
